congrats.., were almost the same., were on same sex couple too., after we receive are approval you should wait for your NOA2 hard copy and most specially the NVC letter NO#.. once you had already your NVC #, you may proceed to the next step which is the medical at st.lukes,. but you should set an appointment date first before going to st.lukes....

for the question,. you should put the date during the day you sign it and everything should be detailed......

im not sure about setting an appointment for your fiance.... in my case, when i got approve/NOA2 i do wait another 30days and contact the NVC for my NVC# through email.. wheni got it, i do on my own and while doing were on the skype video with my fiance... i think, your fiance is the one liable to do/set an appointment because she gonna filled the form through online about her personal thing/info....

hi everyone I'm new with this forum and as i read every topic its in here i find it helpful for me. I'm currently engage with my fiancé and were actually in a same sex relationship. I'm planning to petition her and wanted to file it next year.

i just had a questions regarding with cover letter and letter of intent of marriage, should i date it on the day I'm going to submit may application or date it the day i made the letter. And also with the declaration of how we met should be to detailed? than you for all the helpful tips and looking forward for more helpful suggestions and opinion

Very Important: In your letter of intent to marry you must list the city/state you intend to marry. This is essential for same sex couples because not all cities/states allow same sex marriage.

Hi anyways with my case I dated it on the day I wrote the letter. And with the statement of how you guys met.yes you have to be detailed especially with the dates how you guys met how did you guys communicate and also there are some sample copies of the form and letters you need to send they have if in here with the sample I thinks it's in the section of forms you'll see it in there together with the detail steps how you gonna process it.

And with the intent letter of your marriage you don't have to state what city or state you just need to make that the state your going to send of apply at regarding with your application is allowing same sex marriage
