Got married September on B1 Visa & AOS soon be approved?

Hello guys! Is it possible for a holder of B1 visa who got married recently last September 2013 to be approve right away with her AOS (Adjustment of Status) ?

This is how the story goes. My friend had a B1 visa which is expiring this month. She went to the states last September and got married to her bf. And now telling the whole world that her adjustment of status been approved. That Quick????

We all waited for this long journey to be reunited with our love ones legally and here's one couple who is jumping over the line among us and saying she is straight. But honestly, I don't believed her. She is just trying to cover up whatever her situation there in the states. I hope and I pray she will be fine. She was already adviced before by an immigration officer that its okey to get married in the states as long as she depart the country before her tourist visa expires and wait for her visa in her country while the petition is on going.

USCIS

Dec. 6,2012 - PD
Dec. 7,2012 - noa1
Sept.6,2012 - Received email from USCIS, case transferred from NBC to Local Atlanta office.
- Scheduled hubby for INFO PASS dated Sept.26,2012

Sept.21,2012 - Hubby received a call from USCIS Lady doing a "PHONE INTERVIEW".
Sept.24,2012- Received Text & Email " CASE APPROVED"
Sept.26,2012- Hubby still went to his INFO PASS appointment to asked further assitance for the next stage.
Sept.28,2012- Received Noa2 Hard copy

NVC

Oct.22,2013 - NVC received file
Nov.5, 2013 - Received Case # and Invoice ID Number
Nov.6, 2013 - Received Email for AOS & FEE Bill
Nov.8, 2013 - AOS & IV payment status " IN PROCESS"
Nov.12,2013- AOS & IV payment status "PAID"
Nov.21,2013- DS-260 submitted
Dec.9,2013 - AOS & IV package sent
Dec.13,2013- False checklist received. Called NVC to confirm and they said just ignore it. Its like a confirmation
they received our documents.
Jan.14,2014 - Called NVC and heared our document was reviewed Jan.9 - and we got a checklist
on AOS & IV.

Jan.15,2014- Received official email checklist

Jan.15,2014- Responded to IV checklist in the afternoon. Sending my NBI CLEARANCE (again) Thru FedEx.

Jan 17,2014- NVC received FedEx document at 9:40a.m. signed by G.Peters

Jan 17,2014- Hubby took a half day off at work to dropped off personally to the lawyer's office, a checklist on his
AOS.

Jan.21,2014- IV checklist reviewed

Jan. 29,2014- AOS checklist reviewed

Feb. 20, 2014 - CASE COMPLETE

Feb. 27, 2014 - Received Official Email..Case Complete

Feb, 28, 2014 - Received P4

April 1, 2014 - INTERVIEW DATE 9:30a.m.

I was married in August and was approved last month doing an AOS from an F-1, so its possible if she filed right away.

08/23/2013 - Package Mailed

08/25/2013 - Package delivered
08/29/2013 - Email/text notifications received
09/03/2013 - NOA hard copies received

09/09/2013 - Biometric appointment letter received
09/23/2013 - Biometrics appointment (completed)

10/01/2013 - status online changed to "Testing and Interview"

10/28/2013 - EAD in production
11/06/2013 - EAD received
11/08/2013 - Interview/Approved with RFE for long form birth certificate

12/03/2013 - sent in birth certificate

12/14/2013 - got notification green card in production
12/24/2013 - Green card

I she really your friend? well so far it could be true

I've seen ppl post about 48 days approval (rare) if she

is from the Bahamas could be true , her paper work

was fine and Bahamians (in the past-don't know about

recently) tend to not over-stay visa or try to migrate

to the USA, Only recently I've seen them migrating,

so it could be due to short-list from that country, things

are moving quickly. Why not just wish her well & hope

you are next in the spirit of the season

I came here on L-1Bb(which is slightly different than B-1 - it is dual intent but nonetheless process is the same) and was approved exactly at two months mark from AOS filling date. So the answer is - yes, definitely possible.

She is not a Bahamian....she is from PH (Philippines)
