You probably won't receive email that your petition has been forwarded. Just the NOA2 that you are approved and your petition will be sent to NVC. All you can do is call NVC and call USCIS and stay on it until it arrives.

Really!! We filed with California service center... though been approved but xmas day made it 8weeks and still case haven't arrived NVC yet despite the congresswoman is on it and we have close relationship with the manager at NVC (tier 2) Still, there is still a hold as the case isn't showing up on the NVC screen yet that it's been received.

Lets probably all wait till January, I guess they re a little laid back with xmas galore :( or probably USCIS is waiting on approved cases to be a million before sending them to NVC to flood their office.. PISSED!!

My case was approved on nov 12 and Dec. 13 my status from USCIS changed saying that they shipped my case to the NVC and after 10 days they received it, and yesterday they gave me my new case number for my fiancee... good luck to everyone. ..

Man you got lucky that you got the NVC case number. I called uscis and talked to tier 2 and they even dont know why the case hasn't been transferred yet. they just opened a service request.

I spoke with a tier 2 i dont know how many times i called them, and I told them why they approved a case if they gonna keep there? So the tier 2 told u will receive a message before Dec. 14 so I got it on Dec 13... so keep calling them until they send it, tell them to check if the office have it?

PD: always speak with a tier 2... good luck...
