after Complete the case .. When he left from nvc On the same day they leave will be Is determined on the interview

and how I know my case left from NVC or not ???

After you are assigned an interview usually within a couple of days your petition will be sent out to embassy. To know the exact day it is shipped you need to call NVC. If you then want to track it go here to the Case Complete Interview thread and read Post #1 on tracking

3/31/2020: submitted service request for being pass normal processing time
4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received

You just asked the same question again.

What is it really you want to know?

Your case doesn;t leave NVC until you have a interview date dear.

Once you get a date usually in a few days they send put petition to embassy.

Interviews for the Amman consulate are made the first 2 weeks of the month for the following month. If you already have case complete your interview will most likely be in February. The NVC will make the interview appointment for you and notify you of the date, at that point they will forward your case to the consulate. Good luck!
