Darnell,

I do understand and speak pretty good English and If I am saying I don't get it , then of-course I don't get it. And If your post can't help someone, I would appreciate if you please not confuse us. Thanks again .

Thanks Hypnos. I completely agree with you. I appreciate your reply.

Also, Should I change my address using AR-11 form? MY I-485 status says " Testing and Interview" and I-130 says . I am sure to get an interview in the month of January but sadly I won't be there. So I have to let USCIS know again and reschedule my interview.

Another confusion is that my I-131 application says "Post decision activity" and my EAD/AP was already sent. What is that suppose to mean?

Thanks.

You usually get a month's lead time on an interview, so your interview will probably not be until February at the earliest.

You should only notify USCIS if your permanent address changes. When exactly do you plan on returning to the US, and how long have you been in India?

OP, I don't want to panic you, but if your EAD/AP card was undeliverable at the address the USCIS has for you, how will you get the interview notice? Unless I have missed something here, I would call them post-haste and make sure you haven't already been sent one, and then get your address changed to a valid one.

Thanks Hypnos and Valeria. I just changed my address using online form AR-1. I really appreciate your suggestions. I have been in India for just 7 days and I plan to stay for another 1 month.

I moved to a different city and as per USCIS thry mailed my EAD/Parole to my old address and it was undelivered .

You need to solve this, first, with a phone call into USCIS, talking with an ISO, giving over the right address in the USA. I suggest, strongly, you reread post #8.

Relying on an AR-11 at this point is useless, as the data warehouse in Elizabethtown, KY, where this stuff is stored, doesn't update to the other USCIS units that need it.
