To be certain about AOS - When to apply??

Hi

My wife received CR-1 status on arrival in Seattle last March 19th, 2013

She has conditional residency and a green card until March 19th of 2015.

I just want to be sure that there is nothing I need to do until 90 days before the green card expiry date on 3/19/15

You mean removal of conditions, not adjustment of status.

The window for ROC opens 90 days prior to the expiration of the conditional green card
