Getting a H is quite a big issue, as far as I am aware you can not get one for a 'try out'. Semms more likey he had a B on entry, but the story is so incomplete, who will ever know?

Also they married just before they know he would have to leave, so if they wanted to be together surely it would have been assumed to be in his home country. He seemed to have no issue coming to the US with no English, why should it not work the other way around?

On the Assylum issue, I saw a study some time back where 98% of all cases in the UK were spurious, I have no reason to believe it is any different in the US. Obviously many spurious cases are succesful.

Just wondering who these fans are bearing in mind another poster pointed out their is no record of him ever having played for a pro team.

Obviously quite possible that the OP has not been told the full story. Actually probable.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I have to agree...giving attention to those blatantly seeking it through negative social behavior is just silly.

Except when it's me of course. ;)

Electricity is really just organized lightning.

There are quite of few of you folks with no funny bones and no ability to percieve or process humor, irony or sarcasm. Perhaps it is a result of dealing for extended periods of time with government agencies. In any case I wish you the best and hope that Homeland Security does not percieve you hostility as a threat to national security.
Something you should have considered doing too, long before now. ;) See I can be sarcastic.

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Seconded! As any good brit or their spouse can tell you - sometimes the british stand by is right - "Just join the queue as you were told to!"

And so he did what countless punk-rock songs had told him to do so many times before: he lived his life

10/07/2006 WEDDING DAY!

11/14/2006 AOS packet made it to 'the box' after being overnighted.

12/02/2006 Paul had biometrics

12/14/2006 AOS Forwarded to CSC AND AP Application approved.

01/17/2007 First touch of 2007 at CSC

01/20/2007 Touched AGAIN (also the 18th) come on...

February: Oops, RFE for a REGISTERED marriage certificate. Oops! Overnighted it.

02/28/2007 Paul gets email letting us know his GREENCARD is on it's way! It's done...for now!

03/09/2007 Paul's greencard arrives. And breathe...

We began with mailing the I-129 in on February 27, 2006 so the whole process took us approx. one year.

Good luck out there!
