I request for expedite my case on 11/29. I did not get any answer yet.

My congressman also involve in this case.

But, surprise USCIS also not giving any answer to them about my cases.

Need help. I files on 12th august.

What should I do?

You don't always receive a denial of an expedite request. It's possible they are still evaluating the situation, but more likely your expedite was denied.

But if they denied that why they are not giving any answer on the phone.

They told me that it's in under renew process.

medical emergency and financial lost.. My mom is so sick here in USA and I have 24 hours running business. wo I can not handle both things.

I already fax them documents.

they told me to wait for 6 months.
