Hi everyone and thank you for you help.

My wife and I we live in nyc and my wife about to give birth in 4 weeks or less, I would like to bring her mother to visit. I wanna know what chances we have and what I need to do.

(she is in morocco.)

Your MIL will have to apply on her own. Morocco is a very difficult place to obtain tourist visa from.

She will have to understand and comply with the strongest ties rule to have any chance. This means she must prove beyond doubt she MUST return.

It's possible, as long as she has ways to show strong ties to Morocco. Father in law still alive? Moroccans do get tourist visa's to visit family members in the USA. I think a parent is probably the most likely to get it over a sibling, and she will never know unless she gives it a try. Probably wouldn't make it for the birth but sure would be a welcome help to your wife to have her mother there.
