I have resubmitted my application because they said I did not file form I-130 I want to know when will I get the reply since 17/12/2013. Am someone help me

Please thank you so much I file form 485 785 and I did not put 130 for my two kids and there payment because if that the application was rejected and I send it back again after I put the form 130 and the payment if 840$ and 1070$ I send it back on 17th dec 2013 I want to know the time they can send me mail I check online the case number online is stipp said rejected for the date of the first apply

Nigerians tend to the day/mon/year date format . You need to complete the correct package with the right forms. Unless you are extremely lucky your data will not start until they receive the correct forms . There is a guide http://www.visajourney.com/content/childpet about the correct forms

I-130 + I-485, 420 + 1070 , adjusting from tourist,work,student visa , chasing green card in USA.

ONE child's packet:

I-130, filing petition to be allowed to file for visa later, 420

I am uncertain what's what, but you cannot file any I-485 on children who are not inside the USA already.

I -485 if for me and I -130 is for my blood kids in African age 3 years and 1.5months I am applying togather with them 1070$ is for me 840$ is for them total 1910$

I came here on b2 visit and got married to a citizen this is for time application

Each of you will need an I130 filed with the correct and separate fees. You need the I485 to adjust in the states. Beware if you married right after landing your petition to adjust may be denied for visa fraud. Your total is 1070 and 420 plus a fee for medical then a few other fees along the way.

Your children each need an I130 with supporting documents and their fees are each 420 and the fee should be separate ( they are two cases ) but they will probably take one check. Their medicals will be later.
