My interview went well everything was OK but the CO said she cannot issue me visa rite now but after some time bcz there is some official work to do on her side.

When i asked about the time duration, she replied 1 to 3 months!!!

Please tell me if anybody went through the same situation? How much time do I have to wait for my passport??

7 months?? ohmy.png did u contact them?? Why are they taking sooo long to issue ur visa?? Are u from F2A category?

AP is very common in Pakistan (regardless of visa category). There's no specific time frame for it as it is done on a case-to-case basis.

You may want to go to the Regional Forums. There are a lot of threads there regarding AP in your country.

AP means they're doing additional background checks on you. They are more "concerned" with citizens of Pakistan (and other Middle Eastern countries) since the 9/11 attacks.
