Hola! I am William's fiancee from the United States. I was just wondering where I send the initial I-129F package (to Vermont or Dallas lockbox)? This information seems to be unclear and I was hoping someone could help us out. Thanks in advance!

If you live in the United States or abroad and are filing Form I-129F, then file your petition at:

The USCIS Dallas Lockbox

For U.S. Postal Service:

Always send to the address listed in the I-129f instructions, which is the Dallas lockbox. The Dallas lockbox is where your payment is received and your petition is forwarded to the service center where it will be processed.

Hello everyone, quick question: The letter of intent to marry for William- does he need that notarized (witnessed by a legal representative concerning his eligibility to marry) or does he just need to simply sign it? He plans on sending out his packet to me later today and we just need to be sure we have all in order. Thanks in advance. Happy New Year!! jest.gif
