make any difference in processing?

am just wondering if those that are married 3 months have a shorter or faster processing than those married 5,10, yrs plus??

I supposed if a minimum, it would at least show that 5, 10 yrs plus have a "proof of time together" LOL

not jail time, just married time ha ha

have a fantastic Christmas everyone and hope that all have a great speedy outcome to the big wait in 2014!!!!!! dancin5hr.gif

Been married almost 8 years and 2 kids together. Been waiting 9 months so far... So nope.

3/20/2013 - I130 Priority Date
11/6/2013 - Transferred to Nebraska
1/3/2014 - NOA2
1/6/2014 - Petition shipped to NVC
1/21/2014 - NVC Received
2/24/2014 - Case # & IIN
3/3/2014 - DS-261 Available and Submitted
3/4/2014 - AOS Fee Available and Submitted
3/5/2014 - AOS Fee Paid
3/6/2014 - Received AOS Coversheet and Payment Receipt
3/7/2014 - AOS Package Sent
3/10/2014 - NVC Receives AOS package
3/12/2014 - NVC Acknowledges receipt of AOS package
3/21/2014 - Triangle of Doom appears for IV package
3/24/2014 - IV Fee Available and Submitted

So many USCIS employees chose the right month to go on vacation or they are justing on their behind and not adjucating cases or they are playing lottery with our cases after being assigned. Only the man above knows why it takes some case shorter or longer to process.

06-09-2012 - Met in Lima, Peru
06-27-2012 - Officially a couple
02-14-2013 - Engaged!

05-02-2013 - Married in Callao, Peru!

07-03-2013 - I-130 petitions sent for wife and stepson

07-10-2013 - NOA1 (both petitions)

12-10-2013 - Notice of transfer to California Service Center from NBC (both petitions)

12-23-2013 - NOA2 (both petitions)

01-06-2014 - NVC Received

01-29-2014 - NVC case numbers assigned

02-06-2014 - DS-261 available and submitted (both petitions)

02-07-2014 - AOS bill invoiced and paid

No relation at all! I was petitioned by my wife 3 mos and 4 days after we got married. Dec was my PD, got my ead Feb this year, and my GC April. Goodluck
