a blessed merry christmas everyone!

my fiance' (petitioner) sent our K1 fiancee visa application to USCIS last Nov.1,2013, NOA2 approved, NVC received our application, sent it to the US embassy here in my country (philippines) and they gave us our MCN number ( took 1 and a half month of waiting.....and PRAYING). Now, I'm about to book a schedule for my interview in the US embassy.

What actually worries me is about the immunizations during the medical examinations which will take place a week before the scheduled interview.

can somebody give me an idea anything about the immunizations that are needed during the medical exams? I don't have a record of the history of my immunizations as well as my 2 kids (from previous marriage who'll be on a K2 visa application)

do we have to acquire all the immunizations like the flu vaccine, hepa et.al before going to the medical exams?

really hope to hear helpful ideas from you guys?

god bless us all.

If you don't have the vaccination records (baby book), it's okay. SLEC will determine the vaccines that will be given to you and your kids. Those vaccines are already INCLUSIVE in the medical fee.

You can do the medical exam early as long as you already have your case number. The latest would be a week before the interview.

SLEC will withdraw blood and they do a series of test to determine what vaccinations you will need. So there is nothing that you have to worry about. Just make your appointment and attend. Follow the wise information that Apple21 gave and you should be good to go. good.gif Good luck!

Your and your children are not required to bring a vaccination history to your St. Lukes medical. St. Lukes will give you and your children the necessary age-appropriate vaccinations. The cost of those vaccinations are included in the price of the medical.
