It's a tie between "The English Patient" and "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind"

Favorite comedy : Young frankenstein......

Welsh Cookie.....I just watched "Love Actually" the night before last. I own it agree, not a traditional holiday movie but it is Christmasy!!!!!!

Not the boundaries drawn on maps,

With the names of powerful men.

That's all I've wanted -

To walk in such a place with you,

On an earth without maps."

I secretly love "Love Actually." Even though that's kind of embarrassing. I own it and I've probably seen it about 20 times. I recently read a review of "The Holiday" that said it was a movie for people who wished they were still watching "Love Actually." Naturally, I went to see it, and totally enjoyed it, in a cotton-candy self indulgent way....

Never saw Love Actually, actually. ;) Will have to check it out...

We just watched 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" (Kiki) and "Fight Club" (Swirls) not long ago though..enjoyed em both...different types of movies, both of em!

Marilyn, I tend to lean toward what you like..love, love LOVE any romantic comedy/drama/etc etc....long as it's romantic! While You Were Sleeping..has GOT to be one of my very all time favorites....love it!! Also love "Bed of Roses"...saw it in the store a few months ago, so I picked it up...was cheap..like 6 bucks or something. What are some of your other favorite romantic comedy movies, Marilyn?? (or anyone?) Oh...I really liked Serendipity too! :) M.

Bad Santa is my favourite Christmas movie....

I watched it last night, effing hilarious!

I forgot a few faves: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, the Butterfly Effect, Shaun of the Dead, the Matrix (1 only), Point Break (don't laugh, I was going thru a surfing phase), and Gotti

I can't narrow it down to just one :/

Now if you ask Dave, anything Kevin Smith had anything to do with, Donnie Darko & A clockwork Orange would be on the list fo shizzle
