- your spouse's passport photo

Don't forget to get birth certificates, NBI (criminal reports) and a copy of her passport information page.

Setup a google account which she can have a gmail and the best thing is gdrive you create a folder on your desktop and share it with her that way she has copies of everything keep it organized with a lot of sub folders also you can use Hangouts it's like skype to keep in touch.

Now get some ACCO Fasteners and a two hole punch to put holes in the top of your documents then bind with the ACCO clips there is a lot of discussion about these on here I like them keeps it organized and try to always if they list what they want bind it in that order.

Also a self inking stamp to put the case numbers at the top right of each document I would get two one for USCIS and one for NVC.

Another tip get a couple 3 ring binders and the clear sheet protectors and always make a backup copy of everything you send and keep copies of everything they send you and scan and save to your gdrive.
