If it hasn't shown up by the new year I would make an Infopass appointment at your local USCIS and enquire there.

I received mine 5 weeks after POE..However, the Immigration Officer told me to wait for the GC to be mailed within 6 months and to contact USCIS only, if after 6 months, I still have not received it.

Hubby entered the day after you...November 1st and we're still waiting. We sent an email and got one back saying they were having a hard time locating him in the system but that they had recently changed the database and it was causing back ups. If we haven't received it by mid February, we're supposed to call. They can see that we paid the fee, but can't see anything else! Great system hey?

02/19/2007- UK spousal visa approved in NY after only 4 days.
March 2,2007- Reunited in England with Glyn.

Green card normally takes from 1-3 months from POE with the norm being 2 months at the moment. With holidays in there, it may be longer. They really can't do anything about it until about 6 months as the other poster said but you can continue to call them for updates. Normally people just continue to check their ELIS profile (make sure to put your address in there) and then take their passport with endorsed visa around as their green card.

Hubby's green card was finally delivered to my mom and dad's house yesterday...so just about 2.5 months from POE. Finally! Now, only a few more years till naturalization so we don't have to do another darn thing with USCIS until then!
