need help in my minor daughter's case---CR2

My Cr1 Petition and my minor daughter's Cr2 visa petitions were sent back to Nvc and we got two NOIR with same reasons (case nos are different) and our immigration attorney submitted the documents with two NOIR cover sheets with my and My daughter's name and case nos. to Uscis on 14th November and after that the case status in both the cases were changed and were totally different .mine changed on request for the evidence response review and my daughter's got changed on

We were very confused that we have not changed the address just we changed the immigration attorney only so why the status is like this my husband tried to get information from Uscis but failed to get correct info. Now on 17 December my case status got updated that case Now on 17th i had checked the status my case got re-affirmed and they have sent a notice regarding this but the status of my daughter's case is still same . My husband got a notice of action of re-affirming my case with my case no. but no notice of action of my daughter's case has come. yet)

We both are failed to understand when the case status up to getting NOIR was same in both cases then after submitting documents with cover letter of Noir how it got changed and different from each other?It should be same as it was before.

My daughter is minor her case approval totally depends upon my case approval?so what can be the reason of this delay?

We both are much confused and worried too about what to do and really don't want one case to left behind and main thing is we have not changed the address in both cases so what does this status means?

Pls any body , who went through the same situation send me your advise .
