If you are not currently present in the US, then nothing is put in 15a-h. - Will be in texas when we send it next week

The newer versions of forms say to leave blank if you have no answer. Older forms said put N/a or none. - Thank you

So if sending via the post office (USPS), for example Priority Mail with tracking, it goes to the Dallas address, which is a PO Box. That is the best way in my opinion. - We will send here, Are the addresses correct ?

Thank you Nich-Nick

Correct addresses and latest version of form...see USCIS http://www.uscis.gov/i-129f ...ALWAYS.

About the "are you currently in the US?" (#15)...for five years I have been trying to figure that one out. I don't think it is really even pertinent to fiances like yourself coming on VWP. It is an example of a one-size-fits-all government form. Only a person entering the US with a visa gets an I-94. So on a work, student, or visitor visa you could get a copy of your I-94 arrival/departure record online at www.cbp.gov/i94. If you were a fiancé who is a foreign student or worker (living in the US) then you would have one.

But you are travelling visa free until you get a K1 stuck in your passport. You could fill in as much as you can, leavin I94 blank. Or like some other people, just say "no, not in the US" and mail it the day after you leave. I just can't get my head around how that question fits a fiancé here for a couple of weeks on VWP. We have completed the whole route from fiancé to citizen, and I don't see how that info is significant to the big picture. Sorry I'm not much help on this one, but not every form is personalized to your precise situation.

A date of letter and

To the USCIS:

is sufficient with no address. They want your signed statement of intent and won't be grading you on a perfect business letter format and whether you put a proper address. It is what you say and your signature that is important.

There was a ton of misinformation in this thread. It is always best to only answer people if you know the answers, otherwise it ends up being very confusing trying to sort through what is the actual, correct information, Grateful that Nich-Nick came along and set things straight.

And just in case anyone is curious about an I-94 > https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/880/kw/I-94%20Automation/session/L3RpbWUvMTM4Nzg2NjIwNy9zaWQvMk5Vb0ZCSWw%3D

For those visiting on the VWP > https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/1190

I would never leave anything BLANK.... Put N/A under anything otherwise I believe they may send it back thinking you missed writing something in that box.

Well, the I-129F forms from the USCIS state to leave them blank. I would follow their instructions when filling out one of their forms >

How To Fill Out Form I-129F

1. Type or print legibly in black ink.

2. If extra space is needed to complete any item, attach a continuation sheet, write your name and Alien Registration
Number (A-Number) (if any), at the top of each sheet of paper, indicate the Part and Item Number to which your
answer refers, and date and sign each sheet.

3. Answer all questions fully and accurately. If an item is not applicable or the answer is “none,” leave the space blank.

4. The answers to Item Numbers 15.e., 15.f., 15.g., and 15.h. should be in reference to the passport or travel document
used at the last entry into the United States. <--only fill these out if you are currently in the US when filing the I-129F. If you are about to leave when it is filed, then it is probably not necessary. You can go ahead and fill it out anyway, if you are there and going with your fiance(e) to drop the packet in the mail, but I do not think it makes a huge impact on anything regarding your case.

Addresses not required for the letters of intent. If you want to use one, use the mailing address for the I-129F.

These samples work perfectly >

I do not think your question on the I-94 has been answered.

To me, it is a form installed inside the passport, either when you leave your country to your country of destination, but ours was installed when my wife entered the USA in Atlanta, and fixes a date as the exact date she entered the USA, and both of us were told that you "have 90 days to be married" OR we will be knocking on your door!

When entering with a non-immigrant visa, the I-94 is now automated. They will not place a paper I-94 in the passport. They will stamp the passport only. https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/1695/kw/I-94%20Automation/session/L3RpbWUvMTM4Nzg2OTY5Mi9zaWQvVlgyKlNCSWw%3D

You can retrieve your I-94 info to print out for things like getting your SSN and filing for AOS > https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html

They are visiting on the VWP and would not get an I-94 for the visit anyway. I did provide a link to that information.

The confusing part of this is the last two parts

Proof of having met in person in the past two years

Proof of ongoing relationship [if including]

Are they not basicly the same ??

Paul

Meeting for the purpose of this form means being in the same place where you can physically touch each other. Visiting each other would be another way to put it. Document trips and visits to be together in the last two years as I explained to you before. Very IMPORTANT requirement.

Ongoing relationship is calling, messaging, skyping, texting, face-time, mailing gifts, cards....keeping up with each other while separated by an ocean. Some people send pounds of this stuff. My personal belief is a tiny bit is fine but hundreds of pages isn't necessary for you. The UK is a low fraud country and you speak the same language (almost). Maybe for a couple that got together on a matchmaking site, met in person once and got engaged on that trip and don't speak the other's language, the USCIS might wonder how the couple communicates and how often. So if you have some call logs as an example of how you communicate while apart you can show a bit of that.

Before anybody says save the relationship evidence for the embassy interview...his consulate London does not ask for that 99.999% of the time. They don't want to see trips you have made since the petition and they don't want to see photo albums. They will look at the half dozen photos together that are already in your petition file. Yes, 6 photos from different times or places are good enough.
