I am in the same situation right now. My PD is just a week before you and I was also transferred. A lot of May filers are just now starting to hear something. We should have news very soon! I have seen a lot of April Filers just now getting theirs, and a few of May filers. Almost there.. just hang in there! star_smile.gif

you are welcome. and it has been just this last week I have seen approval for a few may filers. last I read they were working on february..i think february 13 or 14 filers.. has been a few days since I have checked. I am driving myself crazy looking all the time!

do you know how to make your timeline? it may help you. it will show you the possible times they will adjudicate your file. Mine right now says possibly between Jan 1 and Jan 21. but that is just an estimate. having your timeline filled in helps you see the next steps, and helps others to help you :)

as yo said they are working on Feb case now, then how is it possible that some of May petitioner got their approvals?? its bit strange cuz i know some peoples who got their approvals are April and May petitioners.

well im a 3rd April petitioner and got transferred to NSC on 15 Dec and still waiting for the approval its almost 1 month and 5 days passed, usually people got approvals within 3 weeks after getting transferred.i dont know how they are working?

by the way any one got their approval from NSC????plz reply here........

We'll be able to test their 60 day policy before that if they don't approve me. I was transferred to NSC on Nov. 7. I'm holding them to that date. :P

I am not sure. It usually goes by priority date but as we have seen on here there is no rhyme or reason to why some are processed faster than others. I believe I even saw someone from January not that long ago that still was waiting for noa2! I guess it depends on the case and how involved it is. Each case is different. Maybe not everyone put together a complete petition. But the good news is we are seeing movement, where there was none for some time. I hope we all get our good news soon, I have my fingers crossed for me as well as all my VJ friends!

Hetty when I did my timeline it said if I don't get anything between January 21st and February 2nd then I should call the uscis to find out what's going on I am being so patients but its really hard!

What is your correct PD? Is it April 3rd or April 7th (as per your time line). It can't be 7th bcoz that was Sunday. Plz let us know your correct PD so that we can include your name in the April spread sheet..

My PD was 7th-Apr-13. what is spread sheet and why we use it?

The spread sheet was created to track the cases that have been transferred to the 3 service centers. You get to know the cases that have been approved, pending and the time taken to get approved after transfer. Please take a look at the April spread sheet in the below link for better understanding... Its simple and self explanatory.

I still am not sure how come you have a PD of April 7th which falls on a Sunday? Could you please double check your NOA1 again because no one else has a PD of April 7th....

I know it is hard to be patient!! I am the same way right now!! Mine said Dec 29 and Jan 20 ... I'm driving myself crazy. lol! May 14, 2013 Confirmed delivery of Packet for I - 129f August 2, 2014 Resend papers to NVC overnight. Due at NVC on 8/4/2014
May 21, 2013 NOA1 for I - 129f text and email August 4, 2014 NVC signs/receives papers (now the long wait begins
May 25, 2013 Form I-797c NOA received by mail August 22,2014 Receive letter from NVC that hubbys email is undeliverable
May 31, 2013 Alien Registration Number changed August 22, 2014 Called NVC to verify information..all was correct?! Not sure why?
July 12, 2013 Case updated with change of address on uscis September 22, 2014 Called NVC to check on things. 2 more weeks of backlog left.
December 4, 2013 Text and email and updated uscis website: case moved to another office for processing When they verify my black ink signature, I should have CC!
December 6, 2013 Text and email and updated uscis website saying case moved to A uscis office September 29, 2014 CASE COMPLETE!!!!
December 10, 2013 Received Hard copy by mail that it was transferred to Nebraska.
January 28, 2014 Called USCIS for update. Told I have to wait 180 days from date of transfer to call about my case. EMBASSY in Casablanca Morocco:
February 16, 2014 Service Request per USCIS website. Was told I should have an answer by March 10 on my request. Medical: October 28, 2014
February 18, 2014 Text and email and updated uscis that alien registration number changed (again) Interview: November 7, 2014 (APPROVED!!)
February 19, 2014 Text and email and update uscis NOA2 for I 130 .. k3 is now a CR1 Visa in hand: November 13, 2014
February 19, 2014 Text email and update uscis Case is shipped to nvc!! POE: JFK November 21 2014 (home at last!)
February 22, 2014 NOA2 Hardcopy received by mail Green card in hand January 2, 2015
February 28, 2014 Follow up email responding to service request confirming case shipped to NVC on February 25, 2014 Social security card in hand January 9, 2015
