Filing I-129F after filing I-130?

Hello All, I recently got married overseas and filed I-130 and got my notice of action (I-797C) and I want to file I-129F to speed up the process of him coming to the U.S. I understand that I do not need to pay filing fees and I can just attach a copy of my I-797C with the I-129F form as well as a copy of the marriage certificate. other than that, what else do I need to submit with the form? the I-129F instructions are not really clear to me. I don't know if I still need to be required to attach the G-325A forms, 3X5 pictures, my passport copy, etc. someone help me please. instructions for filing I-129F after filing I-130 to get a K-3 visa and speed the process just seem gibberish for me. USCIS 800 number is refusing to explain to me what the instructions mean.

The 129F will not speed up your process. USCIS had announced about 2 months ago that a I129F filed after a I-130 will get married up with it and be adjudicated together.

You are gaining nothing and actually slowly down your process because now they have to review two petitions. The K3 path isn't what it use to be because even though I-130 are taking 7 to 12 months it still beats the 3 to 5 years it use to and this why they made the K3. Now ut really is a very seldom issued Visa.
