When NBC start approving cases from thier own office ?

I do not understand why they are transferring all cases this fast.

When they will start approving cases from their own NBC office. ?

In reality, changing the policy meant they could hold up petitions for months at a time before the shipping them off to service centers as they had before. There has been no news about the opening of a facility in Overland Park, KS and very few approvals from there outside of expedited cases. For a time case work was being sent to local offices but thankfully USCIS gave up on that idea. It seems as if new petitions are skipping the National Benefits Center again and going straight from the lock boxes to service centers.

Congratulations for being the exception to the rule (an expedite) that I mentioned in my post above. For most petitioners, being sent to the National Benefits Center has meant lost months with loved ones. Their petitions were never going to be adjudicated there and have simply sat awaiting transfer. The best these petitioners can hope for is that the next service center will adjudicate their petitions quickly after they are transferred out of the National Benefits Center.

Deep. I am an august filer as well.

Early august.

I am guessing and this is just a standard guess that we will both be transferred between Feb-End and Mid-April.

After that (after the transfer to a service center), it will take 30-60 days to get a decision.
