Hello Everyone. I am a new member and I need help / suggestion on what to do next. Last August, 2013, I went for interview at Ciudad Juarez, Mexico Embassy ( for the forth time) for a medical visa to enable me travel to Houston for IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) procedure. I was again denied visa for the forth time. I am from Africa, and I came to Mexico for medical reasons, and in preparation for this IVF procedure in Houston. I have undergone two surgeries and one more pending my acquiring visa. My Dr. wants me to obtain visa before the last surgery is done. My Fiancé lives in Houston. He has immigration issue which is being addressed and could take the whole of 2014.

In 2006 my Fiancé had prostate surgery. Before the surgery, his semen was remove and stored in Houston. I am 39 years and five months old. The last official at the embassy who interviewed me in August advised me to transport the semen from US to Mexico.

This is the only semen we have to start a family with, my fiancé can never produce another semen. The protocol, risk and financial cost involved in transporting a human tissue from a country to another is not an easy thing. I have no desire to stay or to raising my kid(s) in the US. I am educated, have property in my country, and ready to go back to my country as soon as pregnancy is achieved. Can someone please help me before I run out of time.

So, you showed a letter from the Dr in Houston, and a letter from the hospital administration staff in Houston, and another letter from the medical advisory board at that hospital, right?

If no, Suggest you get those three letters, try another visa attempt at CDJ.

Yes I have a letter from Clinic in Houston ready to do the IVF and letter from Dr. in Mexico. Show the financial / bank statement of my Fiancé. I have all required documentations that's why I was surprised the embassy refusal.

that's only 1 letter from a clinic in Houston, not the 3 that I've mentioned.

OK I will get the other two letters and try again for the fifth time. I also showed letter from the sperm bank, letter from the urologist who performed the surgery. The fact is that documentation was never indicated as the problem. The official just suggested I transport the semen to Mexico. Is like they don't want me there at the embassy.

What kind of issues does your fiance have with US immigration ? IF he came for a specific time and overstayed and is trying to get a green card you will probably never see a tourist or medical visa to the US. Having money does not buy a visa to the US, why did you choose the US over some where else ? Other countries have better care when it comes to this and are less expensive. What immigration is seeing is a convoluted path at trying to enter the US at all costs and the burden is on you to prove that it not your intent.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

You have stated the your fiance is in Houston where he had his sperm frozen before a medical procedure , you also stated he has an immigration issue that may be fixed this year. So I assume he is neither a USC nor a green card holder. Whatever this issue is means he did not enter the US under a method that supports him living here long term. Most likely a medical visa and now that he is better he isn't leaving. You follow on his heels , medical treatment in Mexico and wanting to come to the US for "treatment' Immigration probably thinks you will stay until you have a child and then try to turn your visit into something permanent. You are going to have a very hard time convincing them of anything else. Maybe if your fiance left the US so that your ties to where ever will be stronger,

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
