what if i marry her in my country ,will this become easy to prove that we really love each other

Nobody can stop you from marrying but you still have to prove that your relationship is bonafide.

Try think outside of your relationship and pretend you are an outsider looking at you two together. Do you see anything odd or anything that send red flags up. That is what you two have to overcome before the interview... perferable before you even apply for the visa. You need more evidences.

What do your Family think of her... a lady that may be too old to produce grandchildren? I am just saying because in many cultures and countries grandchildren is basically the most important thing. I know India is one such country. That age different will raise red flags and they will ask you questions related to the age at the consulate.

Examples of red flags that are common in many consulates. Age different, cultural different, religion different, no or minmual visit(s), no or weak communications (phone or Skype records, email records, letter records etc), no pictures and a few others that other in VJ can bring up.

my girlfriend is 29 years older then me she lives in usa ,we love each other very much .i want apply for k1 visa to marry her in usa .she has visited me one time for 5 nights .but this age difference is a biggest hurdle for us ,plz suggest me that what should i do

Why would "age difference" be a "big hurdle" if you really want to be together? If you just want to be with her then by all means, propose, get married and be with her. No one, not even uncle sam, can prevent you from getting married and being together. But getting a K1/CR1 so you can move to America would be a different issue all together, and I agree with the other posters about the lengths you have to go to prove your relationship is bonafide. Otherwise, you should be free to marry whomever and whenever.

Sein oder Nichtsein, das ist heir die Frage.

If you apply the way your situation is right now, you will definitely be denied. If she moves to India for 3-6 months and then you apply then I can see you have a shot. Embassy/consulate knows that people from India/Pakistan are too desperate and will take extreme measures to do whatever it takes to come to USA. Culturally, Indian parents will never accept a bride who is 29 yrs older whereas if you were a girl and the guy 29 years older, it would've been easier. I am not saying I support that. I am just putting the facts out there.

If you don't want to move to USA, then ask her to stay/live with you. If you want to move to USA then ask her to visit you at least a few more times and meet your family and friends. Also, take her to different places in India and outside of India and take tons of pictures.

This will be a BIG red flag.

A man falling in "real" love with a woman who's 29 years older

is extremely rare I think.

Especially, if she is in much better financial shape than you.

I think if you get married and live her for few years in India,

that might boost your chances.

Even a man marrying a 29 year younger woman will get scrutinized

though it's much more common than the opposite.

Best of luck.

The gap in age might not be a red flag if you are like 60 years old and she's like 89years old. OP if you guys are around this age am very certain you will not be denied else it might look like the green card thing.

1. Two things to tell you first have you read through all the interview reviews for your embassy?

2. Do you know any couples like you with big age difference (woman older) from your country that are K1 (not married but K1)?

I ask this because I know for Nigeria I have studied at length and K1's just don't fly for older woman, younger men. They get denied they marry they get approved. Don't know about your embassy.

But look at it like a CO a woman 29 years older and she is engaged (like a young person) shows maybe not committed or you not committed especially if you are young man 20ish.

Being married shows more seriousness and commitment.

Another thing that caught my eye you are talking K1 and you are calling her your girlfriend. She is 29 years older girlfriends are high school girls. Why aren't you referring to her as your fiancee'? Just curious. These are things a CO would be suspicious of questioning your commitment and seriousness.

You also have not visited long enough you need a good few weeks together. Your embassy is no cakewalk. Good luck.

I also was suspecting this user is a troll. That's why after read the post and the date he joined almost same with other users did trolling before on this website. New accounts with same problem, age difference. I stopped reply back at my second post.

Dude since u don't want a GC....just to love her let her move

there with U,Consular ppl R trained, prepped & also have local

employees at the embassy that they enquire of locals customs

Indian young men DO NOT fall in love with older women and

marry them in India, the family will not support (unless beneficial to them)

She cant have no kids with you and times spent together is not approvable

they should not look at age , but they do, so U have to show its bonafide

Dude, you got this right on spot.

60 year old man marrying a 89 year old would ease the suspicion quite a bit.

If this man is in 20's, she would be twice his age,

so loud siren would go off along with the big red flag.

In fact I am even suspicious if this is real situation.

It feels like a hoax.

This is nothing but an close to ""non-doable"" thing, especially, from India.,.,.,Penguien, had a great post and "spot on".,.,..,,and it would seeem that our fellow OP, has a lot to learn, and needs to spend about 8 hours a day, here on VJ.,.,.,., reading and learning, I "personally feel" he is in need of some really, good expert advice, building his case.

A man much older than his wife, is one thing, and is easier to get by in some counties, than others, but a woman more than 20 years older than the man.,..,and getting through India.,.,.,..and only 5 days spent together, just in my opinion, NOT a chance!
