Joint sponsor question

We have a joint sponsor who is a government employee. Does she need to submit a copy of her birth cert or passport too? And if she submits only her tax transcript from the most recent year, will that be enough? What other documents do we need from the joint sponsor?

If she's a USC, photocopy of US passport or Naturalization certificate.

If she's an LPR, photocopy of valid GC (front & back).

Photocopy of her 2012 ITR and W2.

She fills out i864.

If she's married filing jointly, her husband fills out i864a. Husband's 2012 W2 is needed as well. He should also provide a copy of his US passport/Naturalization cert or valid GC.

Yes, as long as it's a state-issued birth certificate and not a hospital-issued birth certificate.
