I sent my rfe dec 16 and nebraska rscived our rfe dec 19.on my online status says request t for evidence review.how long will it take to be approve our case its been almost 10 mos since we filed.

Honestly, with Christmas just around the corner, I would not expect to hear anything from them till after the 27th Dec or 30th Dec. Though the good thing is that alot of people that have gotten an RFE have been approved within a week of the service centre receiving it.

Hopefully it will be the same for you.

02/20/2014 -- I130 NOA2 (189 days - email)

02-28-2014 -- NVC received
04-03-2014 -- NVC case number assigned
05-22-2014 -- Case completed!!!!!!!
05-30-2014 -- Interview scheduled for July 16th 2014 08:30am

05-31-2014 -- Interview Letter received
Embassy
06-24-2014 -- Medical
07-16-2014 -- Interview Approved!!!!!
07-21-2014 -- Visa in hand
09-24-2014 -- POE

 

ROC
09-09-2016 -- I-751 sent
09-17-2016 -- NOA received

10-14-2016 -- Biometric appointment

08-07-2017 -- New card ordered
08-10-2017 -- New card mailed ( still no approval letter)

Hopefully before end if the. Year tey will approve my petition. Its been 3 days since nebraska recieved our case. Ive never seen here that after sending their rfe status says review of rfe or sincne im always checking my case those who apporve after sending rfe seldom to check their case

December 20,2013-------Notice of Action "Approval"
December 26,2013-------Case was Shipped to National Visa Center
January 13,2014 -------Case received at NVC
February 12, 2014-------NVC Assigned Case Number

February 25,2014------- Paid AOS & IV bill

February 27,2014------ -AOS & IV documents was submitted to NVC ( Completed DS-260 )

March 4, 2014 --------- NVC received AOS & IV documents

March 10 & 11,2014 -----( Done Advanced Medical at SLEC ) = Passed

March 21,2014---------- Case Completed

April 04,2014---------Received Interview Date ( P4)

May 5,2014-------- -Interview ( APPROVED )
