Hi all,

I entered the US over 2 months ago, to activate my passport with green card , diversity visa. I return to australia.

I organized to have the package sent to a friend's address in the US, who would then forward to me in Australia.

The package has not arrived yet at the US address yet.

I now wish to return soon to US to live. My query is, can I return to the US, without the greencard package ?

any similar experiences would be greatly appreciated..My passport has the Visa endorsement insert.

The visa with the stamp in your passport acts like a GC and will allow you to re-enter the US. You may want to check with the airlines as they are the ones you will have the most trouble with in terms of being allowed to board the aircraft. After that it should be an easy process at the POE with the CBP.

Good luck,

Dave
