Dear All,

Please, I need your exper advice on what I need to do. I have filled my I-485 and has gotten my EAD and AP card. My visa is current as I am filing under the EB-2 category. I did the biometric capture since October 1st 2013. However, up till now, the status of my case still reads acceptance and no change has occured since after the biometric capture. I have not gotten any letter as per interview or its waiver.

Do I need to worry? Please, your advice will be highly appreciated.

There is no reason to worry, you are still within standard processing schedules. In my case, it took only 15 days for my status (after biometrics) to change from "acceptance" to "interview and testing" but over 2 months (78 days) before I got my interview schedule through mail. The interview itself took over 3 months (112 days). For potential interview waiver cases the wait can be up to 6 months.

Sein oder Nichtsein, das ist heir die Frage.
