I think it's interesting that noone has commented on the interview.

The beauty of watching a liberal who suddenly realizes that they are standing with a very noisy but small and meaningless minority of people who focus on things that the rest of us really dont give two shts about.

On the other hand, liberal logic is really entertaining to watch - hence the interest in why you watch something that you claim to hate so much.

Quality journalism at work.

I watched part of it but I became embarrassed for both the Fox employee and the religious scholar so I shut it off.

Maybe I didn't watch it far enough because I didn't see the part where they got into a political discussion. I just saw the woman asking the man why he felt it was OK to write about Jesus if he wasn't a Christian. I think that she felt only Christians could write about Jesus and Christianity but like I said it was embarrassing so I shut it off.

The link between politics and religion escapes me.

I watch Fox regularly for the entertainment content it provides. I am not a fan of reality TV but Fox provides interesting insight into a parallel universe of fantasy and complete delusion, which they attempt to tout as unbiased news. Having said that, every so often they seem to peek thorugh the haze of self-imposed myopia and manage to publish copy or sound bites in their germane context. I think of Fox as a on-demand SNL marathon. We are all better off for having it. We can certainly use the laugh!

I generally laugh at the people talking about FoxNews as if CNN is any better and don't even get started about MSNBC - but I totally agree with you on this, I actually clicked to the next page a third the way through the interview to end the embarrassment because it was so hard to listen to, that woman was horrible HORRIBLE.
