can you send the I-864 in to see if its going to get approve before you send in police report

NVC doesn't approve anything. They just gather our documents and accept and bundle them and send to CO who has final authority. many have had I-864 accepted everything looks fine and CO said NO.

The AOS (Affidavit of support, I-864) and the Police report that is with the IV package are two totally different Paths. So you could very well send in AOS package have reviewed and okay-ed and than send in IV or vice versa. I had my AOS sent in 9/6/2012 didn't do IV until January 2013.

I would suggest you come over to the NVC filers thread and read post #1 and #2. NVC has changed alot in last few months.

3/31/2020: submitted service request for being pass normal processing time
4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received

6/13/2019: Biometrics Appt
2/27/2020: Citizenship Interview
4/7/2020: In queue for Oath Ceremony to be scheduled
