What you made is over of what they have as minimum ... However the problem is your taxes dependents.

It is not totally your salary to qualify or you bank statement account of 1 year .... is how many dependents do you claimed last year ....if you filed single without dependents you are ok ... but if you make 50,000 a year and you have child support or alimony or other shitttt you will be tight to pass... rofl.gifoops8rh.gif

I sent to my fiance the I 134 with the enough support as electronics checks copies and my latest Taxes filed 2012 I filed single and no dependents.... my fiance pass with flying colors..you do not have to present the bank letter just taxes, a letter from the employer states that you are not temporally worker and few copies of your checks...if you work for you own then you have to present the bank letter .... You have to convince the Consul that you have no money issues .... that is all............................50,000 thousand a year is pretty good do do the trick

Only IRS will be concern as to the validation of the source for the addditional money.

These are not required. In fact, none of the forms of evidence listed in the I-134 instructions are required. You include those pieces of evidence that will help prove you are at least 125% of the poverty level.

If your income is over the 125% poverty level, you only need to provide evidence of your salary. Employment letter, pay stubs, last years tax return transcript. So no bank statement is needed.
