We received email Decelber 11 and our case is RFE. Until now we didnt get any mail from then.

Which Service Center has your case? I thinik the mail is taking longer because of the month we are in. Mine is in Nebraska.

Where is uour case transfered?im a bot worried cause i saw in the online request for review of evidence did you see that also before u approved?

in that time i wasnt here in the us for almost a month .and when i returned to i found a letter requesting a marriage ct.i just send it and almost the same day that they reseive it they approved my i 130.just wait for the letter and send what they need and you will be ok .

I sent it already our rfe on 16 and they recieved by nebraska 19.it says in my status request fir initial review of rfe.im a bit worried

From the letter of rfe it states their where u will send your rfe. I sent my rfe in nebraska where my caae transfered

California service center...we still didnt received the mail until now..its been two weeks now.

After 9 Months. I get this Message.

Hey calm down that mean they are working in yoyr petition , they asked me for more evindece and after 5 days my case was approved

I also received an RFE in Dec 2012 for my husband (Im american born Dominican and he is a Guatemalen national). Our petition was approved Feb. 2013. So... BE HAPPY!!! And send everything you can, but MAKE COPIES!!! We made the mistake of just sending originals and then found out we had to take this stuff to the embassy for his interview when it arrives!! So yea, we have to do this all over again... but its ok we have 4 years worth of evidence!!!
