Hello,

We have applied for the fiance visa. WE are now in the stage of waiting for the first packet from the Consulate in UK.

There are a few questions that we would like to be clear on , if anyone can help us I would appreicate it. We just want to be prepared .

DS 230: question 22: What occupation do intend to work in USA?

should we put several things, or be very specific?

DS 156: q15: What is home address.

my ficance if from Pakistan but in UK on student visa. should he put Pakistan or UK address

I -134: q11 since I am not able to sponser my fiance do I fill this form anyway? Since his friend is going to sponser him does the sponser put that he intends to support a specific amount to my fiance ? (question 11)

If I have three children and limited income will this prevent us from being accepted?

Read the example forms on the top bar to know how to answer question 22.

Home address would be the one he gets his mail at, the one he lives at. Which one did he use on the G-325A?

About sponsoring, even if you have a co-sponsor you must fill out the form as well. Now remember the co-sponsor must be a US citizen and must overcome the poverty guideline for himself, his household and the beneficiary (your fiance).

I have the same question. I believe the question is from DS-230 Question 32. It is confuse to me to if anyone can provide some assist. The question is " DO you intend to work in the US?" if yes provide US employer name and address. Well, I am applying for K-1 fiancee. Of course she wants to work during her life time in the US.

you may answer like this.."Yes, will apply for work authorization. Employer unknown yet."

this is what our attorneys told us to write in my DS Form.

I was told to check "No" for question 32 on DS-156 and to answer "No specific intention to work" same answer for question 33 and "No specific intention to study". Checking yes would be contridictory of your intention of coming to the US and the answer to question 27 "To be with and marry my fiance"

Answering no to the question will not prevent you from working.
