Hello to all fellow VJs,

I appogise in advance if this question has been answered already.

My fiance and I are almost done with I-129F package however we are trying to figure out if the copies of fb chat logs, skype history etc have to be signed and dated (each page I mean) and if so does the petitioner have to sign them.

If there is another post with this information I am sorry for the repetion. I will appreciate any info or a link to the relevant post.

Huge thanks :)

If it shows the date it would be fine. But it would only be to prove ongoing relationship though, secondary evidence during the initial filing. No need to be signed. How are your primary evidences of meeting?

Hi there! I had copies of Skype and viber logs and it just showed the back and forth of our names on Skype but our phone numbers and names on the viber log. I also included cell phone bills including our numbers when wifi or 3G was not availabe. I grouped all the skype logs and put a cover sheet stapled to the stop stating "SKYPE CALL LOGS" And so forth for each means of communication. We were approved and it's now on its way to the visa center! I just made sure to have plenty of proof of an ongoing relationship. They said it's better to go forward with submitting it in the beginning as opposed to getting RFE and having to submit it anyway later. Wouldn't hurt tho to put ur names on them if there is no where showing your names. Good luck to you!!!!

Well I have my passport stamps from my stay in the states from this summer as well as copy of my boarding passes. I also have photos that we took this past summer and bookings from the trips we had. We have included phone messages from my USA number to his and I think thats all we have. Would that be enough? BTW thank you for the info :)

Many thanks to everybody for the useful information especially to Loving_girl for the check list!!!!

One last thing I call my fiance in the states through Skype where I have subscription for unlimited minutes to USA. However the Skype history only show the phone number I have called 500 time this month with date, time and duration but without the name of the person i am calling (even though he part of my Skype contact list). So my question is should my fiance include something like a cellphone bill payment where it shows his and number?

Thanks in advance guys

You are welcome!

My experience: we added skype chats (picking different dates slowly passing from month to month) and among them there were skype conversations duration (but we do not call from skype to cell-or-land line phones...). I say if you chat over skype you can add it, but if u talk using skype - cell phone calls than i say print out calls duration and number and do his cell phone number payment bill (than mark in colour his cell phone number and cell phone number which was called from skype).

P.S. Something simillar we did but with train tickets, they were in ukrainian, so we just marked his name (which was in ENGLISH there and the rest in ukrainian) on the train ticket and dates, and mine name and dates. As u see in my experience it worked perfectly.

Cheers!

Yes, I think you are good to go :)

"So my question is should my fiance include something like a cellphone bill payment where it shows his and number?"

- Sure, it wouldn't hurt to further show them of ongoing communication. After all, everything you send USCIS will be forwarded to the consulate during the interview. At least the interviewer will see that you communicate regularly.
