I've been living in USA since July 2010, i applied for the citizenship and had my biometrics on the 13th of December 2013.

my question is with in how long i would hear back from USCIS? and whats the period of time I'll be given to study for citizenship?

And, how many steps are left for me ( I mean other interviews, oath, ..... ) ?

you should already be studying! there is only one interview/test and then once approved you will have the Oath Ceremony

From two weeks to two months of receiving the letter.
