My wife had a prior K-1 visa issued . She was married within the 90 days of her arrival . AOS was never filed and 5 1/2 months since her arrival she decided to leave and go back home . A divorce was issued shortly after her arrival back to the Philippines . We have filed an I-130 and I provided all her information on her prior K-1 visa and her divorce decree . My concern is that my wife left the country and USCIS did not know she returned . What issue(s) can we expect from this ?

They don't need to know she returned. She didn't file AOS so nothing was needed to cancel. The K1 visa was used. I would double check to see if she needs an annulment from the Philippines since they do not accept divorce.

You really didn't need to provide any of her previous K1 visa information with the I-130. With her A# the USCIS could have looked up her whole file.
