You paused your process for close to two months with not responding to your RFE so I'd say another 6-8 weeks.

Oh okay, thank you. How come that has affected the waiting time?

By the way, does anybody know what I should do with my bank account? My debit card expires in June of this year, it's a UK bank account, and if I don't receive my EAD by then, I can't open a bank account because I won't have a SSN which they want.

Well they waited for the evidence they asked for, so it only makes sense that the rest of the file is on hold until they receive said evidence.

Oh they received the evidence on March 6th. Are you the US citizen or your husband?

So, after forgetting my passport at work the day prior to the interview, the train not running the next morning, we mad it to the interview.I read somewhere IO at the Federal Plaza were not pleasant at all, but not mine, We had a good time, interview was too quick (I expected more after all that wait lol), we were in and out quickly in 20 minutes, interview was shorter than 10 minutes. Again, IO was really friendly and I got approved the same day. Now I'm just chillin and feeling great all day as I'm not illegal anymore.

December 27th, 2013 - Sent AOS packet, I-130 with I-485 concurrent filing. Fingers crossed!

March 26th, 2014 - Had our interview, and were approved on the spot! They said we should get the GC in 3 weeks, but then the officer told us that it will really be only about 10 business days.

Good luck to all the other December 2013 filers!

Went to the mailbox and had a very special letter. April 2nd: card in hand! Our timeline is finally complete. Best of luck to all the other filers!! :thumbs:
