In the instruction to the form I-131 I found that I "don't need to apply for advance parole if both conditions described below are met: 1. I'm a spouse of a US citizen and 2. A Form I-485(adjustment of Status) was filed on my behalf and is pending with the USCIS"I'm in the States right now, I'm a wife of a US citizen and I just applied for Adjustment of Status in local USCIS office. So if I get it right when my application is approved and my case is pending I won't need this Advance Parole and won't have to apply for that to travel abroad???

If your case is pending and you wish to travel overseas, you WILL need advance parole to re-enter the USA.

When you receive a current greencard, that and your passport are fine.

I concur, until you have an approved Green Card (i.e. green card, or I551 stamp) you would need Advance Parole to leave the U.S., it is not sufficient to have a filed petition.

The exact wording on the form is: "A K-3, spouse, or K-4, child of a U.S. citizen". I can see from your timeline that you entered on a K1, so this does not apply to you. If you want to travel outside of the US before AOS is approved, you must have the advance parole document.
