This seems to be about the worst week for approvals since I've been here - or perhaps it's just my expectation of being close to an approval!

I know I'm not alone with the frustration of this process. On a brighter note, I'm off to S Africa tomorrow to be with my fiancee!!!!!

9-18-06 mailed I-129F to Texas !!!

10-02-06 NOA1 date CSC

12-26-06 APPROVED NOA2!!!

02-20-07 K1 VISA APPROVED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

05-12-07 MARRIED !!!!!!

AOS

06-11-07 mailed package !!!!

06-18-07 NOAs for I-485, I-765, I-131

09-21-07 GC received!!!!!

I-751 - gathering documents to send Jun 09

06-02-09 mail I-751 package !!!

06-05-09 I-751 rec'd at VSC - the clock starts now

06-08-09 I-751 NOA date

07-09-09 Biometrics

10-20-09 date of approval letter, rec'd 10-24-09

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

You are in good shape, as you will be approved shortly.

Look back to the IMBRA fiasco this past summer, that cost some of us 150 days or much more for approval!!!

Have a bit of patience and enjoy your reunion!!!

I'm 4 days ahead of you with my timeline... and I've had mine since Dec 5th...You should be anytime....

God I wish I was going to see my Veronica.. Your very lucky... Honestly.. because I need to wait for my W2's before We can send back Packet 3... I just as soon trade you places right now...I'll prefer to see Veronica.. and wait till next week for my approval....

But really yours should be here anyday...

12/15 NVC has received it..Case # issued...

12/19 NVC shipped to Romania

12/22 Romanian Embassy has received an email from NVC that my Petition is on it's way...

12/29 Packet 3 sent to Veronica

1/12 2007 Packet 3 received Dang Holidays..

1/22 Sending all paperwork(I-134,Bank/Employer letters etc..,)..to Veronica per DHL, 3.5lbs...$144 WOW!

1/25 Recieved notice that She needs to pick up my packet in Chisinau..

1/26 Sending Back Packet 3

2/16 Transit Visa to go to Romania for the Interview approved..

2/20 Leaves for Bucharest overnight drive by bus...

2/21 Medical

2/22 Interview !!!! APPROVED !!!!!

thanks! good points. I'm taking all the paperwork with me, but at the last minute had to make ANOTHER copy of the petition package just in case! I didn't expect that. I'm giving her the new copy. Yep, we planned this before she left end of August - so it's a nice break in the waiting game. Best to you! :dance:
