Call the USCIS +1800 375-5283. I have tried INFOPASS and talked to the IO but they say they couldn't make anything for my case as I am still within time line. I called USCIS and requested for expedited due to pending job offer. They gave me ticket number and they say wait till 5 days and somebody will attend to it. I called on the 3rd day to make sure it was attended. And they said it was taken care of and mailed. I called the next day asking for an update and they said 'response to request' has been mailed'. I was worried coz I was not receiving any email. And their responses were through mail. Wait till I receive the letter and I followed the instructions. I faxed supporting documents for pending job offer with cover letter per attached with note ' as an early Christmas gift for me and my family'.

I hope this helps as I see that I have same situation like others who has job offer but can't move forward without this.

This is uplifting to read as we recently have been struggling with the same issue. See my signature for details but so far it looks like even though I have faxed proof of emergent situation: job offer letter, copy of bank statement showing basically no funds, copies of ultrasounds of children, including current pregnancy (I really wasn't sure what they wanted but since I am 7 months pregnant, its pretty tough to land a job so I figured that needed to be included as proof {I am USC} ) they still have denied the request: "Due to the high volume of expedite requests for this case type, we are strictly enforcing the criteria that has been set for these expedite requests. While your situation appears serious, your case does not qualify for expedite processing."

I'm waiting for congresswoman to also send in request in our behalf which I hope happens today or tomorrow. Possibly I messed up by not waiting until biometrics were completed before requesting expedition? Wanted to keep this post alive since all of these posts have helped me with this issue.
