HAVE YOU GOT APPROVAL NOTICE HARD COPY ???? now you have to get NOA2 and then they will ask AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT AND ALL DOCUMENTS

Believe me I know 90 days is a long time. I am right with you I hate it too, but that's how it is. It's 30 -90 days it could come sooner thats just the time they tell you. To your question "How do you know if it got approved?" I received a letter in the mail of my K 1 Visa approval. I realize that is not the type of visa you are looking for. On mine I have a recipt number and then log on to www.USCIS.gov scroll down then click on "Check my Status" No need to call every week. I understand the frustration I feel it as well I want things to move quickly too, sadly its not like that.

01/08/2014 - NVC receipt date

02/11/2014 - NVC case # & IIN received

02/13/2014 - AOS paid

02/13/2014 - DS261 completed

2/28/2014 - received IV invoice/email from NVC

3/3/2014 - IV invoice available to pay & paid

3/5/2014 - DS260 completed & submitted

3/6/2014 - AOS and IV packets sent

3/7/2014 - packets delivered at NVC. 3/11/2014 - packets logged into NVC system

I had hard time getting my file out of my local field office. Its a nightmare waiting for NVC to receive file. Check my timeline and you will know what I mean.

My case is at field office frst it wa at nbc aftr tht thy moved it to field office n it took 11 mnths since the noa-1
All the best for u r case dear u will also get gud news vry soon before x'mas just pray

No i just got an email thy send me hatd copy of it so i will get it in 1-2 days .
Yeah 90 days is may be for the full nvc stage till visa interview bt i thnk nvc assign a case number after 2 weeks of approval ne thy r working very fast

Hi Everyone Congratulations to ALL of Us I got aproved Dec.3, 2013 I'm August filer...Goodluck at NVC stage. God Bless Us ALL!

11/17/1998- Received first love letter from Bob (my husband now) we wrote love letters back and forth for almost 2years.

09/2/2000- First meeting in person.

09/26/2000- We got married.

01/2/2001- We both left for South Korea working at public school as an English Teacher.

08/20/2005- I came home to pursue my University Degree in Business at University of San Carlos Cebu City Philippines (USC)

10/25/2009- Got my Degree.

10/26/2009- Went back to South Korea working again.

06/12/2012- Bob officially retired.

06/14/2012- Bye bye South Korea, Welcome home Philippines.

06/22/2012- Bob and I officially owns our houses and lot in the Philippines.

08/24/2013- Sent spouse petition to USCIS.

09/26/2013- USPS notify us that our package has been received by the USCIS.

09/13/2013- Received NOA1 hard copy from USCIS.

09/13/2013- Patiently waiting for our NOA2.

12/3/ 2013 -transfered to NVC from USCIS

1/17/2014 - still no news from NVC

3/8/2014- NVC Invoice arrived paid the same day:)
