Just got a quick question on the p3 packet. Our case is at the NVC right now and hopefully soon on its way to montreal. But, I was wondering when can you do the DS-160, do have to wait for p3 to be sent out or can it be done now? Thanks in advanced.

09-05-2013 : I-129F received at Dallas lockbox

09-09-2013 : NOA-1

09-23-2013 : Alien Registration number changed

11-12-2013 : NOA-2

12-09-2013 : Shipped to the NVC

12-16-2013 : Received by the NVC

12-18-2013 : Shipped from the NVC

12-19-2013 : Received by the Consulate

12-23-2013 : Packet 3 Sent to Consulate

01-09-2014 : Packet 4 Received from the Consulate

02-12-2014 : Interview (Approved)

02-13-2014 : CEAC - Ready non Immigrant

02-14-2014 : CEAC - AP

02-18-2014 : CEAC - Issued

02-20-2014 : Visa in hand
