Hello all,

I have sent my K-1 visa petition through the postal service. I had asked the postal service to give me a confirmation of delivering my package to the INS, but i have not yet received one. Also the check for $170 has not yet been cashed, so i am worried that something would have happened to the package. I was wondering if anyone of you had this problem, if so what did you do to rectify the problem. If you could please send me back your replies that would be great.

Remember the holidays can u do the tracking thru computer for the delivery status also just watch bank for them to cash check, signature card returned? just takes little bit but seems like forever

Did you require a signature for receipt of the package? Maybe there is holiday staffing so the courier that picks up the packages goes to the post office less often. Anyway, congrats on mailing your petition and good luck with the process :thumbs:

i sent my stuff certified on 12/13/06 and it got there 12/16/06 from this point on anything i send i will take advanatage of the discount fedex gives my job ...

i did not know i could use fedex until i see ppl on visa journey saying they fedexed their package

sign up at usic for email notification. You will always get that days before the mail
