Hi I totally feel you I have been waiting over 130 days myself also and my update is still "RFE review on August 15th". I have been to infopass three times and called USCIS countless times..guess I am the crazy kind lol, anyway, ATL officer told me right now they are having huge amount of work load and there is nothing much I can do but wait even if I have very legit expedite reason (husband in active duty and about to go on a training for more than 6 month right after Xmas!) so...I was really frustrated at first but now I just feel like screw it, we have a real marriage and I have my EAD/Parole combo card, I can work and travel..so might as well just enjoy this holiday and hope the interview date coming up soon.

Happy holiday!

Hi guys, how long after you sent your AOS packet did you get your EAD's?

And those that got RFE's, how did it affect your EAD timelines? I am really going crazy cos I cannot work. Is there any way to expedite the EAD? I know the green card is a long ways off so it would really help if I could do something while I wait.
