My gf (now wife) came to Nepal on December 2012 and we did Court marriage according to law of Nepal. We took Court marriage Certificate on January 17 and she returned to US. She is a PR. She returned and did applied for I-130 and it got approved and today NVC issued case number. She again came to Nepal on September and we did Arrange Marriage according to Nepali tradition but we didnot took any certificate as she is not Nepali so Local office didnot gave any Certificate. They told to go to higher office bt we already took certificate from high office while doing court marriage. My question is

# does that court marriage certificate which os used to apply works or need to show arrange marriage certificate also of local office? Plzz help me

WHICH YOU GOT FROM COURT IS SUFFICIENT

you do not need to get that nepal traditional certificate as they ask Marriage certificate only

and already your case is approved and NVC ISSUED A CASE NUMBER ALSO

No worries

make sure you get a true copies also with you

have you submitted the original Court marriage certificate or Copy with I-130 while applying.

if original you have submitted then you may be having copies getting it certified by court that will be more useful for you at interview also

she will not have any interview as per my knowledge

the interview will be yours only

if she submit originals then they will return you at interview of yours.

so once your interview date is near get the originals back with you to show at interview.
