Naturalization delay for more than a year.

Hello everyone,

I have applied for naturalization in April 12th of 2012. I was scheduled and completed an interview on July 27th of the same year and since my office has same day oaths I should have been done within the day if everything had gone smoothly.

After the interview the officer told me that she would need more time to review my file and that I should receive an answer within the next three weeks. Well guess what, still waiting on it.

I have scheduled numerous InfoPasses since the, placed endless calls to USCIS. Been in contact with my congressman and senator and still nothing to give me a hint at what is going on other than the standard reply of " your file is being reviewed by a third agency" which i know is the FBI.

So, in order to keep it short, my question is: do I have the right to use Writ of Mandamus?

Insight would be greatly appreciated.

you have the right to file a law suit. I would take advantage of that.you can do it yourself if you can read and spend some
