People getting very snarky and back and forth. I swear the MODS dop more time outs and bans than anything.

I know certain people do feel they are above it all. Gosh my name gets tossed about enough my fault for letting people know my business (stupid me hehe). But dang to call folk names and post after post jump a bitchfest. Like shut the F up and sit the F down dang.

I wonder through it all why the hell am I still here. I don't even qualify to be here No Mo. (sad face) Oh well.

Just hang out in the VJ sewer with us. Upper forums have a bunch of uptight stressed out people.

The Prof's right. I just help out in the UK forum and hang out here at the moment. I know all I need to for AOS and ROC at this point. Spent the best part of the day drafting the new London K1 guide, and sent it to Nich-Nick for a proof-read.

Personally I grow so tired of the daily debate of adjusting from a tourist visa. Hell 99% get approved and no issues so hell let them. If latter down the road they get bit in the ####### oh well. It just gets a little to sanctimonious. And people get pissy.

It was nice however to see on the government fraud embassies that Nigeria wasn;t even mentioned in the top 5. I do wonder who started the rumor there's this embassy and that and than Nigerian. Like hell na. I can think of so many more worst and scandelous.

And please for the love of all humanity can the government please take the K3 off the books throw into the lake of fire. OMG my eyes are burning from this endless #######.

Careful, you'll attract the anti-K1 crowd :P

Yeah.. there was no way in hell I was going down the VWP-Adjustment route. Way too risky in my eyes. It's as you say, if someone does it and then finds they can't ROC or Naturalize later on, their problem to deal with.

I asked a professor how difficult it would be for, say, a Chinese and an Indian to talk in English and understand each other. He paused and said, "Easier for them than it would be for you to understand either one of them." He didn't elaborate, and to this day I regret not having followed up with questions about it, sigh man.

I'd wager a guess that since they are less inclined to be picky or even notice grammar/pronunciation mistakes, they'd get the gist of what's being said better than a native. Hubby has a Chinese friend from school, and while I can barely make out a word he says, hubby seems to understand him pretty well.

3. Rice? Rice! Rice! Rice! Rice!

Is it awful that I miss rice? Hubby made some last night because I was craving. Oh, karma, you nasty thing!

Pretty much what I've resigned myself to. Upper forums agitate me quickly.

USC who lived in Manabí, Ecuador with hubby from 2009 - 2013. Hubby became a naturalized American citizen in August 2016. Currently living together in northern Virginia.
