ya know...I've gotta admit tho....I can sit down in most ethnic restaurants, and can order without any embarrassment......

But I dunno anythang about Czech food....is it like a cross between Hungarian and Japanese?

lol hungarian and japanese...

National dish would be roast pork, dumplings and cabbage "sauce" and of course beer. Goulash and potato soup is another staple....we are big on sauces of all kinds (my faves would be onion sauce and tomato sauce ...its heavy and creamy and yum). We also do roast duck and cabbage and all kinds of sausages....oh no..now my mind is all...going crazy !

oh oh...christmas - gotta be carp schnitzel and potato salad and fish soup or pea soup.

I do believe I've had a whitish milky potato-fish soup at some point......origins unknown.......
