I sure hope everyone's Christmas was good.

For me, this is the first Christmas that my little girl has a good grasp of Christmas. The letter to Santa, the anticipation. The milk and cookies. And the waking up and checking to see if santa came....then the explosion of joy. Running off with her presents like a little bandit, not knowing what to play with first.....

I don't know who was having a better time. Me, or her.......

All I know is. I'm enjoying every moment of it.......

Oooh, so cute! Those kinds of things make me excited for when we have children :) We had a good Christmas, aside from one sour note while talking to the SIL. I got hubby an iPad for Xmas, and she had the gall to demand he send it to her, because apparently she has a dying need for one suddenly. After being informed she'd be getting nothing (no way of getting any gift to her, since I refuse to pay a jillion dollars to mail anything), she pitched a fit and signed off. Really amazes me how materialistic and petty a grown woman can be. Just, wow.

Very pleasant day aside from that, though. Hubby got drunk on wine playing games with my brother and BIL, and conked out about an hour ago. :) Happy he had a good time.

It doesn't sound fun

especially when you have to ask after every other sentence "did you understand what i just said?" and mostly ask yes or no questions lol. But hey....partially I knew what I got myself into...sadly, it was only partially. :)
