Listening intently also.

Our dog doesn't sleep on the bed, she prefers stuffing her head in a corner between the nightstand and the wall. Its rather funny looking. When she does jump into the bed, its usually at the foot of the bed, or she grabs my wife's spot if she gets out of bed for a moment laughing.gif As to the allocation picture, that truly is what our is like. My 90 lbs wife uses at least 3/4's of the bed. And occasionally moves so far over, I have to roll her back some so I don't fall out. She doesn't wake up when I do this either. I swear she sleeps through earthquakes.

hahahhaha

the small dog rolled off the bed 2 days ago while sleeping and then slipped with her back feet almost fell again. The poor thing.

We have a tempurpedic. And I don't recommend it.

I've got a soft sided waterbed. I need to replace it soon, and keep wondering if I should get the same type of bed again. I also think about cutting back to a queen size. But that means all new bedding. It seems blankets and comforters no longer are truly king sized today, even when they claim to be.

size and location matters.

a queen in singapura in an hdb flat is a single in a studio apartment in nyc.

a queen in Texas is a King in Singapura.

(no ladyboys were hurt whilst I was writing this, but it did get me to thinking about em)

A King in Texas can handle 4 to 5 SG women plus one large gweilo male.

She left out the California king....

I let our latest foster dog, a miniature doxie onto our bed the other night. He immediately dived under the covers and started tunneling. All his tunneling was circling my wife, who was also under the covers with next to nothing on. My wife was screaming as his cold nose was all over her during his tunnelling madness. I had to drag him out from under the covers and hang onto him, to keep him above the covers. I think I know how to get my wife up when she's being lazy this weekend and not wanting to wake up rofl.gif

my bed measures 60x80 which seems to be the same size as the generic 'queen' being sold on walmart/amazon. prolly no difference for seattle, yeah?

i think we should get an airbed...till j makes the top ten bestseller list...then we will have two kings side by side...in our hollywood mansion with two pools (indoor, outdoor), hot tub, tennis courts...personal chef who will make as many everything bagels as i can stomach at the snap of my fingers...yep.

Oh. You must be young. Folk in my age bracket no buy mattresses on the internet - we go to the bed stores.

I suggest you go to a bed store where the mattress is made in USA.

Wanna score, really big? Take yer K-1 visa holder to a bed store the day after landing, let him/her pick one, and decide.
